The New Fearless Warrior Coaching brick session are for the individual that is wanting a group setting workout that is training for a triathlon, more experience swim to bike, learning, fun, getting you prepared for the upcoming triathlon season, meeting new friends. You don't need to be an experience triathlete to join you could be new to the sport!
What is a brick session? is when you train on two or more disciplines one after the other, with little rest or interruption in between. A session could comprise of a swim followed by a bike ride or a bike ride followed by a run. In this case it will be a swim followed by a bike on the pool deck. You will be required to bring your own bike and trainer for bike.
These brick session will run for 4 weeks on Tuesday evening's 7:15 pm - 8:45 pm starting May 22, then will start up again in January 2019 when we can't be outside on our bikes. Please contact Coach Sarah for further details and costing. Thank you!
We are hoping to be outside for our ride in May! We will meet in front of Outside Bike and Ski ready to ride at 6:30 PM. Please ensure to bring some sort of fuel with you on the ride, along with you safety kit (spare inner tube 2, hand pump or Co2, tire leaver, and emergency contact and your details included in your kit). Our aim is to riding for 1 hour 30 min, but if we are having to much fun it might go to 2 hours:)
